The body is two in one, so if you take care of one part, the other will decline at a rate which you will not be able to control. It is uncomfortable to live with only natural food or only spiritual food by itself. However, be careful what you give to the spiritual body. Stay far away from negative conversation, ungodly jokes and degrading remarks. The books and magazines you read should gear toward elevating your spirit man in a positive way. The television shows and the movies you watch should not quench your spiritual ability to perform according to the Word of God. In other words, feed the spirit man with good food and not junk.
When the natural body eats something it is allergic to, it reacts in a strange way. Sometimes you vomit or you might have an outbreak. That tells you that the body does not want to eat whatever you had. Well, it is the same way when it comes to your spiritual body and its food. If you give it something that does not agree with its nature, it will react in a negative way. You will feel awkward and out of place. The correct food for the spirit man is from the Bible; however, if you desire to do something different from the Bible, please make sure it is not hurting your chances of having a total healthy body.

What is an Illness?
What is an Illness?
What is an illness or a disease? In the world, the doctor may call this a medical condition, a specific disorder or a serious problem that affects the physical body. This may also be called bad health or even indisposition. Although this may be correct according to medical terms, you also must understand that the same God who said to Moses in Exodus 3:14, I AM THAT I AM is the same God who controls this physical disability that the doctor calls a problem. In actuality, this is not really a problem at all, unless you make it a problem.
He/Jesus never sinned, nor ever deceived anyone. He did not retaliate when he was insulted, nor threaten revenge when he suffered. He left his case in the hands of God, who always judges fairly. He personally carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By his wounds you are healed. (1 Peter 2: 22-24 NLT)
Notice that the Word of God said that you are healed and not that you will be healed. This indicates that your healing is already done according God.
How could a person suffer so much and not retaliate? Why would Jesus get his flesh turned and beaten for people whom He never even knows? Is this possible? Maybe not to you; however, He did it for you to be healed.
If He suffered for you when He did not know you, your healing is a minor situation to handle. This is an example of showing true love. This love is greater than the love of a mother, father or even a spouse. Therefore, your healing is really in your hands. Jesus paid the ultimate price a long time ago.
Try believing in Him and see what happens. It will blow your mind. Once you commit yourself to Jesus Christ, you can command healing in your body and it has to happen.

Connect to the healing source.
Jesus said, “I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. If anyone does not remain in me, he is like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned. If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you.” (John 15:5-7)
If you belong to the Christian faith family, you are blessed, and you are too blessed to be unhealthy. Unhealthy is not for the people of God. If you are linked into the real vine, you are considered a branch that connects to the power source that will make you completely psychical fit and able you to do anything you want to do.
Could Jesus heal? Yes. Could He restore life? Yes. Can He speak things into existence? Absolutely. This is the real vine that you are connected into. For example, a branch is a dead piece of wood if it is not connect to something that can give it life. It would not grow or produce anything, Jesus gives life.
You must decide to be healthy and have a good day, every day. Psalm 118:24 (AB) This is the day which the Lord has brought about; we will rejoice and be glad in it. By thinking in this healthy category, it will transient through your physical body and help you tremendous to having a healthy life. The more you have happy thoughts the better your body will react positive during your daily life.
The vine is like the trunk of a tree, and you are the branches. Notice how the branches from a tree always produce flowers and leaves to blooms according to every season, while the trunk rooted and planted in its still position waiting for the next season to come around. Every season after season the trunk produces life for the branches to flourish and blossom all over again and again. The life source is a life time connection, which never stops producing life. He (Jesus) is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers. (Psalm 1:3 NIV)
Stay connected and link into this power source and ensures that your focus doesn’t fade from the true vine Anything that is planted by a stream, or wherever water is flowing, will grow and blossom, because it’s never without the nutriment that it needs for it to grow and be healthy. Jesus is like this tree, which planted by a streams of water. Connection to Him allows you to have a healthy life. Don’t break your branch or disconnect from the vine. Stay attached and you life will be healthy.
Always put on a smile. A smile is an inexpensive way to improve your health and looks. " The Lord does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart." (I Samuel 16:7 NIV)

Believe in the Power of the Word
Believing for something to happen can sometimes be tricky and a little bit confusing if you are not careful. You must know exactly what you believe for. Let’s say you believe you will have a healthy body in the near future. The person you believe who can make this happen is God.
So then you need to find out how God is able to give you this healthy body, because you might just have to do something toward seeing the results of what you believe for. For example, you consider finding out how God works. According to John 1:4, no one has ever seen God. So to say that God gave you a healthy body may sound strange to someone who does not understand the procedure of how your body was restored to good health. Although God works in his own way, there is a process for everything.
In a spiritual sense, we all know that God is a spirit, but to say he gave you a healthy body or restored your life would not be accurate, unless you know how He did it. Although, if God wants to do such an act He could heal you in an instant, but He has a certain way of performing our requests, with the result that it’s up to the individual to actually make this happen.
God’s work is done through His Word. In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God and the Word was God. (John 1:1 NLT) So your belief should be directed toward His Word, which is able to perform your request.

Is there power in the word of God?
In this new age and time, many have dismissed, or diminished the powers and ability that the Word of God possesses, as to think God changes with the times and age. Because of so many false prophets and people who claimed to be healers sent by God, disbelief has surfaced and blinds many people. However, God's Word is as great and powerful as it was written in the beginning, and to all who desire to experience the marvelous results that it offers, it's available for you.
According to Proverbs 16:24, the wisest man the Bible (Solomon) said “Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones” (NIV)
In Isaiah 55:10-11 God speaks “ As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it” (NIV)
In other words, there is power in God's word; but you must speak it. God Himself said it will not return to Him empty. The Word of God is sealed and approve by God Himself.
When you speak the Word of God, you are tapping into the power source of All Mighty God.
For example, in Luke 4 :1-4, “And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered. And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread. And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God” And two more times Jesus repeated this same statement, it is written.
There are many people who don't believe you can be healed from what is written is God's Menu, and they have blinded the eyes of those who want to believe it does. The miracles that were performed by Jesus has been said to be mere stories by just a good man.
However, When Jesus had entered Capernaum; a centurion came to him, asking for help. “Lord,” he said, “my servant lies at home paralyzed, suffering terribly.” Jesus said to him, “Shall I come and heal him?” The centurion replied, “Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof. But just say the word, and my servant will be healed. (Matthew 8:5-8 NIV)
If you are seeking healing from the Great God Almighty, speak God’s Word, and expect the power of that Word to bring forth healing.

You Are Healed by Eating Spiritual Food
The human body is two in one. Two bodies, both a physical and a spiritual, make up one body. Each individual body needs to be fed to survive. Each has its own kind of food and nutrients, but they both need each other to survive because they are one. Jesus said, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. (Matthew 4:4) They both rely heavily on each other.
The physical body is your responsibility, and it's your obligation to ensure that it is well taken care of. The spiritual body is God's responsibility, and it's His obligation to ensure that it is well taken care of.
When the physical body is hungry, it craves for natural food. Even if you provide spiritual food, it will last for only a while and then you must eat, or else you will die. However, because the spiritual body needs the physical body to operate on earth, you have to take care of it with diligence. In others words, feed it with what it needs, not what it wants.
Concerning the spiritual body, it also craves for food when it is hungry. This is God's responsibility. That's why He provided His Word. His Word is His food--the spiritual body. The only reason why you are told to read and study the Word is because the spirit lives in you. Once your spirit is well fed and taken care of, it will be revealed through the physical body.
Can a hallow body dwell in the same space as an unhallowed body? Not a chance. Can the natural body survive without spiritual food? Not very long. Keep in mind that the spiritual is the Holy Spirit, which is God Himself. All you have to do is feed God His food and watch what happens to your illness or disease. They cannot dwell in the same space as God. One has to go. Just in case you didn't know, you are healed when you eat spiritual food.

Does the word of God?

Rather, we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor do we distort the word of God. On the contrary, by setting forth the truth plainly we commend ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God. And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing. The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
There are many gods that don’t believe you can be healed from what is written is God’s Menu, and they have blinded the eyes of those who want to believe it does. The miracles that were performed by our Lord Jesus has been said to be mere stories by just a good man. But I say to you, if you have an illness and you are seeking healing from the Great God Almighty, turn a deaf ear to the unbeliever and hear what the Holy Spirit is saying to you. You can and will be healed by the Word of God.
